Payment Notes

Kindly note that a fully paid conference fee is for one presenter per paper only and the registration fee is non-refundable.

• Co-presenter/author of the same paper who wishes to join the conference must register separately and pay the fee in full.
• Student fees are determined based on the universities at which they are registered; the local student rate applies to international students enrolled in local universities, while the international student rate applies to Malaysian students enrolled in universities outside Malaysia.
• The fee does not include publication charges of the affiliated journals, if any.
• A discount of 5% will be applied for group registration of five or more participants
• The number of online presentations will be limited to 25 people only
• The number of poster presentations will be limited to 15 people only

Proof of Payment:
For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the registration form.
